Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role includes regular client meetings, resolving any issues, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing reports on account status. The Account Manager will also develop strategic plans to improve client outcomes and support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus
