We are building a high-performance internal inspection team and are looking for a highly experienced
Internal Third-Party Inspection Team Manager
.

The ideal candidate comes from a
global inspection organisation
such as
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TUV, or UL
, and has the technical depth, discipline, and leadership capability to build a world-class internal inspection structure.

You will train our internal inspectors, create the full inspection SOP system, drive process excellence, and ensure our inspections mirror international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the internal inspection team (inline, mid-line, and final inspections).
  • Build a complete inspection system (SOPs, formats, manuals, reporting tools).
  • Train QC inspectors on AQL, measurements, workmanship, reporting, and quality consistency.
  • Conduct internal audits of inspectors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Review inspection reports and ensure alignment with buyer standards.
  • Implement digital inspection tools and structured reporting systems.
  • Strengthen integrity, transparency, and accuracy within the inspection workflow.
  • Coordinate closely with merchandising, QA, production, and factories.
  • Drive continuous improvement and corrective action processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience at a globally recognised inspection company:
  • SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TUV, UL, or equivalent
  • Strong technical background in AQL, garment construction, measurements, and QC methodology.
  • Proven leadership experience managing or training QC teams.
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly structured, disciplined, and process oriented.
  • Experience with denim, woven, knit, kidswear, or multi-category inspections is an advantage.
