Inspector/Asst. Supervisor

Job Responsibility

• Conduct Inspections as per SOP or Client defined procedures, unbiased inspection, follow all the quality aspects and should not miss any of the requirements during the inspection.
• Responsible for system implementation in line with ISO 17020 and he is responsible for both technical & operation.
• Planning and Execution of inspections upon the client request. Reviewing the reports and sending the report to the client on time with more clarity.
• Successful completion of all trainings provided. Identify training needs and plan for training to improve skill of inspectors.
• Responsible to meet the same day reporting target per organization needs.
• Collect customer feedback effectively to achieve the target.
• No technical error inspection report which leads to have customer complaint.
• Allocate inspectors directly from residence to factory. Advance scheduling and maintain rotation to schedule of inspector/factory.
• Comply with all the ethical requirements of the Company. Must read and understood the Code of conduct and strictly follow the same without any digression.
• Communicate all update to inspectors. Regular checking inspectors whether they are updated. Follow up surprise visit / witness audit regular basis. Provide logistic support to team members on time.
• Maintaining high standards while communicating with the clients / suppliers / vendors. Promptly response to queries from the Managers / Clients / Team members etc. Maintaining Vendor to Vendor confidentiality information.
• Reviewing the working instruction & updating immediately himself about revision and communication for the same. Proper Interaction with other team members. Discussing about any issues related to the inspection without hiding any fact.
• Demonstrates a trans-national perspective & is knowledgeable in the business climate of local, regional & worldwide markets. Comfortable with different cultures, respects the unique features of each & embraces the richness that diversity brings. Willing to travel for work assignments for the better of the organization where required.
• Maintain the targeted DSO to meet the department goal.

Job Requirements

• Graduated in Textile Engineering/relevant subject
• Min 5 years of experience in Inspection jobs
• Experience with third-party inspection will get preferred
