Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a smart, friendly, and confident Student Counselor who can guide students interested in studying in UK, Australia and Europe. The candidate must have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle student applications and visa processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student goals and suggest suitable courses and universities (mainly UK, Australia and Europe).
  • Assist students with preparing, submitting, and tracking admission and visa applications.
  • Guide students with SOP writing, scholarship opportunities, and accommodation information.
  • Stay updated on admission criteria, visa policies, and university programs of UK, Australia and Europe.
  • Maintain student information, lead records, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
  • Participate in education fairs and promotional videos (if needed).
  • Support the management team with reports and marketing initiatives related to study abroad.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Travel Agent

Additional Requirements

  • Working in Education consultancy firm are getting preference first (mainly UK, Australia and Europe).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
  • MS Office Applications, Good communication skills in English (IELTS complete Candidates will gets first priority).
  • Computer skill Excellent communication skills in English Office Administration Proactive and Positive attitude Proficient in MS Office Applications Communication in English Computer skill Proficient in MS Office Applications Strategic Management Student Counselling
  • Candidate must have related work experience in the same industry (mainly UK, Australia and Europe).
