We Are Hiring:

1. Counselor – (1 Position)

2. Admission & Student Support Officer
(Front Desk + Calls + Pre-Counseling + Admissions)


Counselor (2–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study options in Australia
  • Guide students through program selection, eligibility, and career outcomes
  • Convert walk-in and digital leads into applications
  • Conduct detailed counseling sessions and maintain follow-up
  • Provide accurate information on visa requirements, fees, and university processes
  • Coordinate with the admission officer on student files
  • Maintain CRM records and daily counseling logs
  • Represent Keeron Study Abroad professionally to ensure high student satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in the study abroad sector
  • Proven track record of successfully sending students abroad (Specially Australia)
  • Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)
  • Deep knowledge of Australia programs and visa procedures
  • Smart, confident, and student-friendly personality
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to consistently meet targets
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • Student profiling & academic counseling
    • University admissions & visa processing
    • Documentation, SOP guidance & compliance
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and student-centric mindset
  • Strong ability to collaborate within a diverse, fast-growing team environment

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Number of monthly file openings
  • Conversion rate (application → offer → deposit → visa)
  • Student satisfaction & feedback
  • Documentation accuracy
  • Attendance & reporting discipline


Admission & Student Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Counseling & Student Support:

- First point of contact for walk-in students

  • Provide initial pre-counseling on available courses & requirements

  • Maintain front desk operations professionally

  • Schedule counseling appointments

  • Communication & Lead Management:

- Receive inbound calls & answer basic inquiries

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and book counseling sessions

  • Maintain daily communication logs

  • Assist in CRM updates

  • Admission Processing:

-Collect, verify, and organize student documents

-Support the counselor in preparing applications

  • Communicate with students, partner agencies & follow up regularly

  • Maintain student files with accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role ( study abroad, admissions, customer service, or compliance)
  • Excellent communication and phone handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of study abroad processes
  • Strong record-keeping and reporting skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for student success
  • Presentable, organized, and professional
  • Ability to multitask in a startup environment
