About the Role

We're looking for a Creative and Data-Driven Digital Marketer with expertise in Meta Marketing to join our growing team.

If you're passionate about delivering real results—not just running ads—this role is for you.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Meta platforms, driving performance through creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns for both agency and client projects

Develop ad strategies, set budgets, and execute performance-driven campaigns

Create ad copies, visuals, and audience targeting strategies that convert

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI

Handle eCommerce ads, including product-based campaigns and remarketing

Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for ongoing improvement

Plan and execute engaging content for social media platforms

Qualifications

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite

Knowledge of Pixel setup, Conversion API, and Server-side Tracking

Experience with TikTok Marketing or Google Ads is a plus

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing

Strong creative and analytical skills for content and visuals

Work Details

Location: Shantibag, North Agrabad, Chattogram

Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Type: Onsite

Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)
