Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager HR & L&D for a full-time, on-site position located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement activities, and providing comprehensive learning and development programs for staff. The Assistant Manager HR & L&D will oversee performance evaluations, design and deliver training sessions, monitor workforce productivity, and support the implementation of HR policies and compliance measures. The individual will work closely with departmental managers to ensure alignment of employee development initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4/5 years Experience
  • Experience in HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Expertise in designing effective Learning & Development programs and providing training sessions
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, workforce planning, and compliance with employment laws
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple HR and L&D projects with attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in HR systems, software, and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage I
