E2E Supply Chain Head

The End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain Head holds a pivotal leadership position, bearing ultimate responsibility for the comprehensive oversight and strategic direction of the entire supply chain lifecycle. This encompasses every stage, commencing with the initial procurement of raw materials and extending seamlessly through to the final delivery of finished goods (FG) to the end customer.

The overarching objective of this role is to continually optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. This involves a relentless pursuit of process improvements, cost reductions, risk mitigation, and enhanced customer satisfaction. By strategically managing inventory levels, streamlining logistics, leveraging technology, and fostering strong supplier relationships, the E2E Supply Chain Head ensures a resilient, agile, and cost-effective supply chain that directly contributes to the organization's overall success and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies.
• Lead the annual Cost of Sales process for the Mirsharai Plant, finalizing budgets with JV Finance and ACI Plant Teams.
• Develop the plant's Capital Expenditure Budget (CEB).
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential disruptions.
• Lead new product, packaging, and SKU introduction project management, collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless supply chain operations through collaboration with JV business stakeholders, CP India functional leads, ACI SC Leader, and the Mirsharai Plant team.
• Maintain strong control over plant operating costs.
• Ensure thorough analysis of deviations/exceptions, collaborating with CP SMEs and seeking leadership alignment for closure.
• Finalize transporter and transportation rates for finished goods supply to customers.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement programs with the ACI team.
• Foster operational excellence through CP EHS, QS&G, and FP&R programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to finalize demand plans.
• Provide local insights and collaborate with the India Procurement Team to finalize direct material suppliers and terms & conditions. Lead stakeholder interactions to address direct material challenges.
• Ensure compliance with CP EHS, Quality, and Labor guidelines, as well as local regulations, through close engagement with the ACI plant team and SC Lead.
• Lead the talent acquisition and development program for the Bangladesh supply chain team.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum12 years of experience in managing plant operations
• Team management experience

Must have prior experience :

• Managing end to end plant operations
• Customer servicing & logistics experience
