Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the technical lead on site, primarily focused on execution, quality, and coordination:

  • Site Execution:
    Supervise all daily construction activities to ensure efficiency and schedule adherence.
  • Drawing Mastery (MANDATORY):
    Must be proficient in accurately reading and implementing complex
    Architectural, Structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Drawings
    .
  • Quality Assurance:
    Enforce strict quality control on all structural and finishing works.
  • Cost Control:
    Prepare and review
    Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
    and verify all contractor/supplier bills.
  • Coordination:
    Maintain professional coordination with architects, contractors, and material suppliers.
  • Reporting:
    Generate timely progress reports and maintain meticulous project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
    Proven minimum 3 years of site management experience in residential/commercial projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
  • Communication:
    Ability to correspond professionally in both
    Bengali and English
    .

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary:
    ৳18,000 – ৳22,000.
  • Annual Benefit:
    50% of basic salary as a performance bonus.
