  • Key Responsibilities Develop
    and execute strategies to expand the affiliate partner network within Bangladesh.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners (schools, agents, international organizations).
  • Set growth targets and actionable plans for yourself and team members.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage actively on LinkedIn and Facebook to strengthen MH Global Groups visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure partners receive timely assistance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Visit agents regularly and represent at events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Explore and develop new Transnational Education (TNE) partnerships in key regions.
  • Address partner concerns professionally and ensure smooth resolution.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and ensure strong conversion (application → payment → enrollment).
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.
  • Who We're Looking For
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in education consultancy, business development, or student recruitment
  • Social media–savvy and confident in external representation
  • Goal-driven and able to work independently
