Foring Homes Ltd. is a rapidly growing real estate company dedicated to offering premium housing and land share investment opportunities in Dhaka and its surrounding areas. We are seeking motivated and dynamic Executives/senior Executives (sales and marketing) who are passionate about sales, capable of working as part of a team, and willing to work in the field to actively achieve targets.

Education:

  • Masters
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Post Graduate/MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university with a good academic background

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate.

Job
Responsibilities
:

  • Create a market and achieve sales targets to ensure the organization's profitability.
  • Could you identify key customers and provide them with personalized service?
  • Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
  • Handling queries from clients, monitoring, and communicating with the superiors for professional feedback.
  • Could you identify and strategize plans for new business opportunities?

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 24 to 28 years
  • 1-3 years' experience required (Only Female)
  • Have experience in selling land shares and residential, with premium customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
  • Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
