Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Events & Activities located in Mirpur. The Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and activities. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, developing event programs, overseeing set-ups, and ensuring smooth operations. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, preparing reports, and managing budgets to ensure success and quality of all events.

Qualifications

  • Strong event planning, organizing, and management skills
  • Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics
  • Excellent communication, liaison, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in budget management and report preparation
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
