About You

  • You have 1 year of experience in communications, public relations or a related field, ideally within the tech industry.
  • You are a master storyteller. You have a talent for crafting clear, engaging messages that resonate with diverse audiences across various platforms.
  • You excel in media relations. You will/have established relationships with media outlets and know how to leverage them to amplify our brand's voice.
  • You are strategic and data-driven. You understand how to develop and implement communication strategies that align with business goals, using data to measure effectiveness and inform decisions.
  • You are a collaborative team player. You work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design and product to ensure consistent messaging.
  • You are organized and proactive. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • You are an excellent communicator. Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, and you pay meticulous attention to detail.

As a Communication Executive, You Will

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with Startise's objectives and enhance our brand image.
  • Craft and distribute compelling content, including press releases, email communication and social media updates.
  • Manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
  • Coordinate internal communications, ensuring that employees are informed about company developments, events, and announcements.
  • Monitor and analyze communication campaigns, preparing reports on their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and manage events, such as press conferences, product launches and industry conferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communications and public relations.

Skills & Experience That You Must Have

  • Advanced English writing and communication skills (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret communication metrics to inform strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in the tech industry or with tech-related communications.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Graphic design skills or experience with multimedia content creation.
  • Established relationships with tech journalists and industry influencers.
  • Crisis communication experience, with the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.
