Job Summary:

We are seeking some skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations to enhance business processes and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi), and ETL tools.
  • Customize Salesforce using Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance through governor limit management, bulkification, and SOQL/SOSL best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud(depending on project needs).
  • Ensure data integrity by implementing data migration, deduplication, and security best practices (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, Middleware, Platform Events).
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing settings).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder) are a plus.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps for Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
