Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Admissions Counselor will provide guidance and support to prospective students in selecting universities, completing applications, and handling visa processes. Daily responsibilities include communicating with students and families, offering advice on educational options, managing inquiries, and facilitating application procedures. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with students and university partners while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
  • Customer Service expertise with the ability to deliver personalized student support
  • Sales knowledge or experience to assist in building strong relationships
  • Understanding of the Education sector, ideally with knowledge of international study opportunities
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or Business
