Job Description / Responsibility

Life Plus Bangladesh Ltd., a concern of the esteemed
Labaid Group
, is seeking an accomplished and visionary
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
to lead
digital innovation and technology transformation
across its healthcare and technology-driven enterprises.

The selected incumbent will be appointed under
Life Plus Bangladesh Ltd.
and will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for
Labaid Group's sister concerns
engaged in
healthcare, artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and digital solutions
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a unified
    technology and digital transformation strategy
    across
    Ltd., Labaid Artificial Intelligence Company Ltd., Life Plus Bangladesh Ltd.,
    and other Labaid Group entities.
  • Lead innovation in
    healthcare technology, AI, telemedicine, Insuretech,
    and
    enterprise automation.
  • Oversee
    IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity,
    and
    data management
    across all group companies.
  • Drive
    technology-enabled service improvements
    to enhance clinical quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with
    data protection, information governance,
    and
    international digital health standards.
  • Lead the
    design, development, and implementation
    of scalable technology platforms and systems.
  • Build and mentor
    high-performing technical teams
    across multiple business verticals.
  • Manage
    technology budgets, vendor relationships,
    and partnerships for sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with the
    Board of Directors and senior leadership
    to align technological advancements with business strategy.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
    or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 8+ years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation, software development, cloud technologies, AI systems, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise application deployment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-organization or group-level technology operations.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a focus on innovation and measurable results.
