Assistant Manager Business Development

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Assistant Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Zenorin's service portfolio across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
** Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
** Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and partnership offers.
** Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to design customized client solutions.
** Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
** Manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
** Maintain proper documentation, CRM entries, and client communication records.
** Represent Zenorin at corporate meetings, events, and professional networking sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic growth roles.
Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value accounts.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Must have experience with outsourcing services in BPO, HR, accounting, or corporate services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills:
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
