Backend Engineer (Night Shift) - (On-Site)

Job Description / Responsibility

Care Guide BD is looking for a Backend Engineer ) to build scalable APIs, optimize databases, and support high-performance products. Freshers with strong projects are encouraged to apply

Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Mon–Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop & deploy backends
  • Build RESTful APIs with
  • Model & manage DB schemas (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • Optimize performance, reliability & security
  • Collaborate with product/engineering teams
  • Maintain documentation & best practices20
  • Manage and optimize VPS server environments

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor's in CSE/AI/Data Science (Master's preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication,IT Enabled Service,BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Overseas Companies,Call Center,Healthcare Startup

Additional Requirements

  • 1–3 years' backend experience (strong projects acceptable)
  • , , REST APIs
  • Database skills (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
  • Git/GitHub; basic CI/CD & Docker familiarity
  • Problem-solving & clear communication
  • Cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
