Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Manager at Bengal Hurricane Group, located in Gazipur, Bangladesh. The Assistant Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, maintaining high-quality standards in production, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Daily tasks include coordinating with the production team, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and troubleshooting issues related to garment quality. The role also involves regular communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met and working closely with other departments to streamline quality processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control and assurance in the garment industry
  • Knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related field
  • Experience in working with international brands is a plus
