Position is to design and implement leadership, management development and talent management strategies to ensure effective succession planning, prepare, monitor and control budgets for Human Resources and Organizational Development plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Human Resources Policies in line the organization's strategic plan and ensure the organization's direction on employee relations, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retention of potential employees also to keep track and monitor all recruiting and training efforts
- Ensure on time recruitment of all officer cadre employees including expatriates.
- Lead and direct the HR Development team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives including organizational structures, competitive compensation and benefit programs and organizational development programs
- Develop, manage and implement the Performance Management program, Annual Appraisal by developing KPI, Promotion and Increment for the organization.
- Initiate and lead the Employer Branding Activities and establish positive employer branding internally and externally
- Design manpower budgets, departmental budget allocations, expenditures, and related financial activities for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, expenses are within budget limits
- Develop Code of Conduct for developing culture in the organization and implement COC accordingly
- Plan Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and lead the HR Development Team in Training Related initiatives.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Handle the Disciplinary Action process and well conversant with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and EPZ Act 2019. Ensure the security and safety factors in the factory.
- Handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain Public Relations & Protocol of company.
- Execution of the company`s administrative plans, policies, and decisions of the Management.
Qualifications
- Graduation in
Business
preferably in
Human Resources Management
from any UGC approved institution.
Work Experience
- 12 years of experience in RMG with at least 5 years of experience as Head of HR.
Behavioral/

- Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinker, conflict resolution skill and decision-maker with leadership abilities.
