Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to drive corporate sales growth by engaging with government organizations, institutes, and contractors. The role focuses on professionally managing and developing customer accounts through end-to-end service delivery, including product availability, timely delivery, and integrated support, thereby strengthening long-term business relationships and contributing to overall organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- To achieve assigned sales volume and value targets.
 - To drive continuous business development and actively promote Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited (BPBL) products to end users.
 - To manage and strengthen relationships with key customers through regular visits, understanding their business needs, and delivering desired results.
 - To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market reach.
 - To monitor competitor activities and provide timely insights.
 - To guide, coach, and support team members to effectively execute market-driven plans and responsibilities.
 - To maintain strong and professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
 - To organize training sessions, briefings, and product demonstrations for engineers, officials, and paint contractors.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration from a well-recognized university.
 - Master's in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
 - 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field will be preferred.
