Position:
Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in sales & marketing
•
Prior experience in sandwich panels, PU foam, insulation, cold room, or construction-related industries will be highly preferred
• Strong market knowledge, client-handling, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and achieve targets
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support junior sales staff
• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required
