Assistant Manager- Lead Sales

CliqPack Limited is a growing IT company with a strong presence in
SaaS products, ERP/POS systems, and real estate
technology. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to support the growth of our flagship products, including
CliqProperty
(a Real Estate Property Management Platform) and other
customized digital solutions
.
This role will support and manage the end-to-end sales cycle across mid-sized businesses, large enterprise clients, and public-sector organizations. The role also involves utilizing AI-powered tools for effective prospecting, personalized outreach, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in client engagement, solution pitching, leading team coordination, and introducing additional services when relevant.
Duties & Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution
- Support the implementation of sales strategies for SaaS platforms, including property management, ERP, POS, and CRM tools.
- Conduct product demos, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs tailored to industry requirements.
- Collaborate with the senior sales manager to nurture leads, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals
- Actively promote digital transformation services and custom software solutions based on client needs.
AI-Driven Prospecting & Campaigns
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, Lemlist, Canva, and Surfer SEO to improve prospecting, marketing automation, and pitch development.
- Review CRM insights and analytics to refine segmentation and targeting strategies.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure a smooth and professional client journey.
- Onboard new clients and serve as the primary contact for product inquiries and support.
- Engage with real estate developers, property managers, owners' associations, and relevant stakeholders.
Sales Reporting, Team Coordination & Leadership
- Maintain up-to-date sales reports, pipeline overviews, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment and feature announcements.
- Take a leadership role in guiding junior sales executives, assisting with task allocation, mentoring, and skill development.
- Encourage a collaborative, performance-focused team environment.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in
SaaS, ERP, PropTech
, or
software product sales
.
- Experience working with real estate or
ERP
-based solutions
(CRM, Accounts, Inventory, Sales).
- Familiar with working with mid to large-scale business clients and public-sector organizations
Additional Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for sales and marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper AI, CRM automation).
- Skilled in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Canva.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management ability.
- Understanding of real estate processes, industry challenges, and business workflows.
- Able to work independently as well as lead within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

BDT 40,000 – 55,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
