Your Role in Our Mission
As a Manager for Data, Insight & Automation in our Finance & Audit team, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive profitability and efficiency. In this role, you will lead the design and enhancement of seamless process maps, replacing repetitive tasks with automated, intelligent workflows. Your work will be instrumental in the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade financial solutions, laying the foundation for scalable, world-class operations across our global footprint.

How You'll Make An Impact
Data Strategy & Governance

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and data-driven processes.
• Drive proof-of-concepts and full-scale deployments of interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Establish data-quality controls, apply statistical techniques to distinguish signal from noise, and enforce best practices around security, privacy, and compliance.

Revenue Assurance

• Match data across systems (CRM, billing, payments, GL), flag discrepancies, and track resolution.
• Define and monitor revenue metrics via automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Streamline reconciliations, exception handling, and billing audits.
• Support audits with evidence and remediation, ensuring revenue accuracy and completeness.

Transformation Oversight

• Manage scope, timelines, and resources for global financial solution implementation.
• Support cross-functional mapping across Finance, Billing, Payroll, Assets, and Reporting.
• Track end-to-end activities from requirements to hypercare with clear milestones.
• Enforce implementation standards and ensure accurate data migration and testing.

Leadership & Culture

• Hire, coach, and retain diverse team members.
• Implement OKR across the team to align goals and drive performance.

What You Bring

• BSc/MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics from a reputable institution.
• 8 or more years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of experience in leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Fluency in SQL & Python and at least one cloud warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, ADW/FAW).
• Hands-on Tableau or Power BI dashboard governance experience.
• Proven delivery of low-code/RPA automations (Power Platform, UiPath, Alteryx) at scale.
• Solid grounding in statistics, A/B testing, and ML frameworks; exposure to MLOps.
• Advanced stakeholder management, presentation, and Agile/PM skills (Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2).
• Working knowledge of data, privacy, and security best practices.

Your X-Factor

• Telecom, MFS/Bank, or e-commerce analytics background.
• Oracle Analytics Cloud and Microsoft Finance exposure.
