KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communication:

Respond to client queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
- Business Service:

Must have Strong knowledge about B2B Service. Identify clients' needs and help clients use specific features
- Analyzing:

Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update Data:

Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients
- Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about the latest developments in relevant industries, including technology, engineering, and science, and provide regular updates to the team.
- Clients Feedback:

Utilize clients feedback and data analysis to iterate on sales processes and strategies for continuous improvement
- Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and product managers, to provide insights that guide product development and improvement.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Fluent in English is preferable

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of experience in a related field/Customer support
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communicator
  • Able to collaborate with the team
