Job description

We are looking for a commercially strong and strategically driven professional to lead Key Accounts & Brands for our Fashion business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving category growth, building strategic brand partnerships, and accelerating commercial performance in one of the most critical verticals for Daraz.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Seller/Brand Lifecycle Management:
    Lead the acquisition and growth of priority Fashion brands/Sellers, ensuring strong assortment, pricing, and visibility across the platform. Drive joint business planning with brand partners and deliver on key commercial targets.
  • Team Coordination:
    Work closely with account managers, category managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure commercial excellence across content, pricing, marketing, and campaigns for key brands.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Analyze data to evaluate commercial performance metrics for priority brands, prepare regular management reports, and monitor input and output metrics including traffic, conversion, promotional efficiency, and partner commitment tracking.
  • Internal and External Presentations:
    Deliver data-driven presentations to internal leadership and external partners to communicate opportunities, provide commercial insights, and influence business decisions.
  • Revenue Optimization:
    Maximize the business potential of key Fashion partners by negotiating participation in marketing plans, ensuring profitability targets, and strengthening platform commitments.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with operations, marketing, commercial planning, and product teams to drive category initiatives and deliver sustainable business growth.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
  • Minimum 9–12 years of experience in sales, category management, or business development within the Fashion industry - ideally in E-Commerce, brand-side, or distribution and has understanding in Marketplace Modality.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fashion, Retail Chains, Distribution, Brand-side, E-commerce.
  • Proven track record of exceeding business growth targets and building impactful commercial partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and driving category expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to design and scale commercial solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic and independent thinker with a track record of thriving in dynamic or startup settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in presenting to and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to develop and motivate teams.
