Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gulshan. The Human Resources Intern will assist in daily HR operations including the implementation and management of HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and supporting overall HR management. The role also involves coordinating between departments and supporting employee engagement activities to ensure a productive and positive working environment.

  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Knowledge of Personnel Management
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gulshan
