Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
HRBP Specialist
to join our HR Department in Bangladesh. The role will act as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, providing support in
employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR strategy execution
. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant HRBP or HR generalist experience, with a strong understanding of HR practices and Bangladesh labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee learning and development programs
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Assist in driving HR projects related to culture, change management, and organizational development
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
• Act as an advocate for employees while balancing business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a fast-paced industry
• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Fluency in Bangla and English
