Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counselor located in Dhaka. The Senior Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding their academic and career goals, conducting career counseling sessions, and offering customer service support. Additionally, the role involves regularly communicating with students, parents, and educational staff to ensure a supportive and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Background in Education
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Experience in educational institutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
