Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counselor located in Dhaka and Sylhet. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the application and visa process for studying abroad, providing personalized counseling sessions, assisting with documentation, and ensuring students meet deadlines. Additional duties include maintaining updated knowledge of visa regulations, conducting follow-ups, and participating in outreach and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in student counseling, guidance, and support
  • Strong understanding of visa regulations and application processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the education or visa services sector is a plus
