Responsibilities:

1. Provide Expert Guidance:
As the Study Abroad Representative, you will be responsible for offering expert advice and guidance to students and their parents on various study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and visa application processes in popular study destinations, including the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and other relevant countries.

2. Lead the Department:
This role requires exceptional leadership skills to oversee and guide a team of study abroad advisors. You will be expected to mentor, motivate, and empower team members to achieve organizational objectives and deliver outstanding student services.

3. Student Counselling:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic aspirations, interests, and career goals. Provide personalized recommendations on suitable study programs and institutions based on individual preferences.

4. University Liaison:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions worldwide. Stay updated with the latest course offerings, scholarship opportunities, admission requirements, and relevant information to share with students.

5. Visa Application Support:
Assist students in navigating the complex visa application process, ensuring compliance with all documentation and legal requirements to facilitate successful visa approvals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in the study abroad consultancy sector, with a track record of successfully guiding students through the application and admission process.

2. Communication Skills:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential. The candidate must articulate information clearly and persuasively, both in-person and through various digital communication channels.

3. Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of study abroad opportunities and admission processes in prominent international study destinations like the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, etc.

4. Independence and Initiative:
The candidate should demonstrate a high level of autonomy and be able to take the initiative in driving the study abroad department's success.

5. Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with students, parents, and university representatives from diverse cultural backgrounds.

6. Organization and Time Management:
Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting deadlines are crucial to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

7. Leadership:
Previous experience leading a team and fostering a collaborative work environment is advantageous.
