Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and promoting our real estate projects to achieve sales targets. The role requires a blend of strategic marketing insight, customer relationship management, and field-level execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales and branding team to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Supervise content creation for social media, print, and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain and enhance brand image through effective online and offline communication.
  • Organize marketing events, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports, analyze marketing performance, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Build partnerships and maintain relationships with agencies, media, and vendors.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives efficiently.
  • Achieve targets set by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate,Developer,Real Estate Startup

Additional Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management ability.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
