Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Experienced)

Location and Job Type:
Hybrid
– Dhanmondi 27 (Shaptak Square),

(2 days in person office, Other days -  remote)

Work Days:
5/6 days per week (Friday Off)

Work Hours on Remote:
4:00 PM – 11:59 PM (BD Time)

Work Hours at Office:
11 AM to 7PM

Starting Salary:
BDT 30,000 – 40,000/month (based on experience & skill)

Performance bonus:
Up to 10,000 performance bonus per month

First raise:
Opportunity for raise after 6 months based on performance

Salary review:
Twice in the first year and once every year after that

Probation period:
Two months

About the Role:

We're looking for a thoughtful and creative UI/UX Designer to help us build clean, intuitive, and high-converting websites for small businesses and creative entrepreneurs around the world. From user flows and wireframes to polished high-fidelity designs, you'll shape how users experience the digital products we build.

Ideal Candidate Profile

### Must-Have:

• 1–2+ years of design experience

• Strong design portfolio (website projects required)

• Own a functional laptop

• Reside in Dhaka (office attendance 1–2x/week)

• Ability to work BD time 4PM–12AM

• Must be a team player and willing to collaborate to help each other and go the extra mile. (We want someone who communicates well and works better with the team)

### Nice-to-Have:

• Some WordPress/elementor customization skills

• Relevant design and content design skills

• AI-powered design workflow experience

Core Skills:

• Strong visual design and UI/UX principles

• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), and relevant/similar tools

• Experience with wireframes, mockups, prototyping

• Familiarity with responsive web design and accessibility best practices

• Branding, layout, and style guide creation

• (Bonus) some wordpress/elementor customization

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive

• Strong verbal/written English communication

• Able to explain design decisions clearly

• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating fast

• Curious, ethical, and aligned with international design sensibilities

Education:

Graduate from a reputed university (not mandatory)

What You'll Do

• Design responsive, intuitive web interfaces for international client projects
• Develop and iterate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide your designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation
• Maintain and evolve design systems across different projects
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices
• Occasionally create Loom videos to walk clients through design rationale or handover guidelines
• Help with other design related tasks as they come up
