About the job SEO Manager / Executive

We are hiring a proactive and results-oriented SEO Manager / Executive to join a fast-paced, U.S.-based project. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and executing SEO strategies aimed at boosting organic traffic, visibility, and conversions. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with project goals.

  • Conduct comprehensive technical audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

  • Optimize website architecture, meta tags, internal linking, and on-page content.

  • Diagnose and resolve SEO-related technical issues to enhance site performance.

  • Lead outreach and link-building initiatives to improve domain authority.

  • Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with developers, content teams, and designers for unified SEO delivery.

  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing innovations.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SEO team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven SEO experience with demonstrated performance improvements.

  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategy.

  • Clear communication and reporting skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • In-depth understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in SEO platforms like Google, HubSpot, or SEMrush.

  • Experience managing international or multilingual SEO projects.

  • Background in team leadership or SEO mentorship.

Salary: USD 3,500 - 5,000/month (based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
