We're looking for SEO Strategist

SEO Strategist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing advanced SEO strategies tailored to SEO goals. You'll create and run marketing strategies that drive sign-ups, boost conversions, and keep customers engaged. From testing new channels to digging into data and working with product, sales, and design, you'll be at the center of making sure our SaaS keeps scaling. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute SEO strategies customized to project needs within allocated budgets and timelines.
• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to align SEO with broader digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyze business priorities and translate them into actionable SEO strategies that deliver leads and sales.
• Perform competitor research and industry analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.
• Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Deliver high-quality work on time, meeting company standards.
• Build client trust through consistent communication, insights, and value-driven results.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations.
• Leverage SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Accuranker, Botify, and Google Search Console to drive and measure performance.
• Work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, taking ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Partner with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Support business and client growth by sharing insights and strategies with teammates.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Have a solid knowledge of outreach.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum
  3 years of SEO experience

, preferably within an agency or freelancing background.
- Solid understanding of search intent and the consumer/buyer journey.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized clients or help to grow any Saas or plugin.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain strategies in a clear and approachable manner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot, and optimize.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other SEO/marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience with large-scale websites (1,000+ pages) and technical SEO improvements.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet functions/formulas for reporting and analysis.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Modx).
- Proven ability to collaborate with developers to improve site health and rankings. (not take as development work)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
