Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and innovative SEO/AEO/GEO Strategist who can:

  • Build and execute advanced SEO strategies (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local)
  • Design and implement AEO/GEO playbooks to boost visibility on AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, etc.)
  • Research, test, and implement schema markup, knowledge panels, and entity-based optimization
  • Collaborate on case studies, audits, and strategic reports for client visibility
  • Contribute to thought leadership and internal SOPs for next-gen search

What You'll Do:

  • Audit and optimize websites for SEO, AI citation opportunities, and entity salience
  • Deploy and validate structured data (JSON-LD) for services, products, people, organizations, etc.
  • Craft content strategies that align with Google's EEAT and AI model consumption patterns
  • Develop GEO strategies targeting local and national discovery across platforms
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI shifts, and SERP changes (SGE, Bard, ChatGPT citations)
  • Collaborate with our internal team of content strategists, devs, and performance marketers

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years of experience in advanced SEO strategy
  • Strong knowledge of AEO/GEO or demonstrable experience adapting to AI-powered search
  • Proficient with tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Schema Markup Validators, Surfer, ChatGPT, Google Search Console
  • Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting JSON-LD schema
  • Knowledge of Local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and knowledge graph optimization
  • Bonus: Background in technical SEO, entity-based SEO, or AI-related content optimization
