Enosis Outsourcing is a global software outsourcing marketplace, and we are looking for a highly skilled Site Traffic & Digital Growth Manager to take full responsibility for driving traffic and visibility for our portal ) and blog.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and next-generation optimization strategies to achieve top rankings in Google Search and AI-powered results. You will play both a strategic and hands-on role, ensuring our platform becomes a global leader in the IT outsourcing industry by executing innovative traffic growth strategies across search engines, AI platforms, and user experience channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to rank highly on both Google search results and AI-driven platforms (LLMs, AI-powered answers, and chatbots).
• Drive advanced search optimization across GEO (Geographical SEO), LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization), AIO (AI Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), SXO (Search Experience Optimization), and traditional SEO.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all marketplace and blog content is keyword-optimized, AI-friendly, and engaging for global target audiences.
• Own traffic acquisition strategies, including organic search, AI-driven queries, backlinks, and social signals, with ongoing performance tracking via Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI indexing tools.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth in both search engines and AI-driven rankings.
• Maintain website health through indexing, schema markup, site speed, mobile optimization, and AI-readability.
• Oversee or support cross-channel campaigns (content distribution, PPC, social media, email marketing, and influencer outreach) to drive consistent traffic.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights on rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and traffic growth for websites, marketplaces, and blogs in competitive industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Deep expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, local, and international).
• Professional certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of AI search behavior, LLMO, AIO, AEO, GEO, and SXO strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO & marketing tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager).
• Strong understanding of schema markup, structured data, NLP optimization, and conversational search readiness.
• Experience in content marketing, link building, and outreach strategies.
• Knowledge of AI-driven content ranking and optimization for platforms beyond traditional search engines.
• Background in IT services, outsourcing, or technology industry marketing is a plus.
• Experience optimizing for voice search, answer engines, and generative AI assistants.
• Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and growth hacking strategies.
• Strong understanding of content UX and engagement-driven optimization (aligning SEO with user satisfaction).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
