Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be passionate about building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling capabilities.

Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business graduate from any reputable university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Positive attitude towards managing customers, with excellent communication, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
