Key Responsibilities">

The District Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the district office and Expeditors network. This involves orchestrating involvement of multiple stakeholders to consistently secure new customer revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of potential customers and competitors, as well as excellent relationship-building skills to create value-added solutions for customer logistics needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an assigned territory with extensive knowledge of local market trends and competitors
  • Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Building relationships with Customers & collaborating with regional team, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources
  • Creating customized solutions for customer's logistics needs, including Network Diagrams & Cost benefit analyses
  • Supporting the transition of new accounts and ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Supporting AR (accounts receivable) collection and credit setup processes
  • Attending training & development sessions to enhance selling skills and stay updated on Expeditors Product and Service offerings
  • Involvement in local trade groups, as directed by the DSM
  • Making 50+ sales calls every month or as directed by DSM
  • Making required joint calls as directed by DSM
  • Meeting individual performance targets
  • Maintaining a diversified sales pipeline across verticals & Expeditors services
  • Taking on additional assignments as required to support company goals
