Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and customer orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products
  • First and second-level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction
  • Respond promptly to IT-related questions from end-users
  • Document all end-user interactions in the customer ticket system 'Service Now'
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Language skills: fluent English, other languages are a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize and work self-sufficiently
  • Team player with a supportive personality
