Job Title: Trade Finance Professional

The role of the Trade Finance Professional is to drive business growth and profitability through innovative trade finance solutions, ensuring alignment with global trade strategies. This position requires strong expertise in international trade finance, including risk management and credit analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute trade finance transactions, collaborating with regional and global confirming banks.
• Maintain relationships with issuing banks and stay informed about market developments to manage portfolio risks.
• Monitor and execute daily trade finance transactions, ensuring timely processing of amendments and cancellations.
• Identify opportunities for new business leads under IFC's other trade and supply chain finance products.
• Develop country and regional strategies for South Asia as it relates to trade and supply chain finance.

Requirements:

• MBA or master's degree in finance or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years' experience in trade finance with an international commercial bank or other financial institution.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including correspondent banking relationships and international trade products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
