We're looking for a
skilled AI Automation Specialist
who can design, develop, and deploy
chatbots, customer service agents, and voicebots
tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build
    AI-powered chatbots, voicebots, and virtual assistants
    for various platforms (web, mobile, WhatsApp, Messenger, IVR, etc.)
  • Integrate bots with
    CRM, ERP, ticketing systems, and third-party APIs
  • Customize bots to handle FAQ automation, lead generation, appointment booking, order tracking, and customer support
  • Develop conversation flows, NLP/NLU models, and persona design
    to ensure natural and effective interactions
  • Deploy and maintain bots on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and optimize for
    accuracy, engagement, and conversion
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building
    chatbots and voicebots
    using platforms such as: vFlowise, , n8n, Vapi etc.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Natural Language Processing (NLP/NLU)
    tools and frameworks
  • Experience with
    Python, , or JavaScript
    for custom integrations
  • Familiarity with
    REST APIs, Webhooks, and database integrations
  • Understanding of IVR systems, telephony integration, and speech-to-text technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients across industries

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with
    Generative AI / LLMs
    (e.g., GPT-based solutions, fine-tuning, embeddings)
  • Background in
    CX design
    or UX writing for conversational interfaces
  • Multi-language chatbot development experience
