  • Partner with regional functions and cross-functional teams in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop financial plans based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, with the objective of achieving growth and profitability targets.
  • Create financial modelling based on business plans, new channels or product offerings, and business development opportunities.
  • Perform financial and information analysis, measure the financial impact from a broad range of variables and key indicators.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region.
  • Provide deeper analysis of complex intercompany transactions and opportunities to optimize cost.
  • Preparation of vertical level management PNL and identification of opportunities.
  • Cash flow analysis to ensure we have sufficient cash to make payments or raise alarm timely.
  • Facilitation of business opportunities and providing a sense check to profitability for every new avenue.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, forecasts, and other ad hoc financial analyses as required.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • At least 4 years in FP&A or finance business partnering roles preferably in e-commerce/internet or retail industry.
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Highly analytical with ability to present and translate complex financial information to non-financial managers.
  • Experience working with financial systems such as SAP is an added plus.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in different countries.
