Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge about Procurement & SCM.

Good knowledge about sanitary item, finishing material, brick & sand.

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain related jobs.

Wide travel across the country is required.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms of Pricing, Quality, Quantity.

  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.

  • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

  • Overseeing and managing the inventory and the supply of goods & preparing procurement reports.

  • Understanding of the local market, suppliers, contractors' requirements.

  • Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers.

  • Maintain smooth supply chain management·

  • Prepare plan for proper sourcing and on time delivery of required items·

  • Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase·

  • Conduct market survey in order to develop new/alternative suppliers·

  • Liaise with store to ensure receiving of goods with desired quality, quantity or any other perimeters.

  • Analyze costs across many different areas of the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs.

  • Coordinates and executes the purchasing transactions.

  • Investigates and develops sources of supplies, interprets purchasing procedures to operations and vendors for material categories.
