We are looking for a skilled
Android Developer (Kotlin & Java)
who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing Android applications that integrate with PRAN-RFL's digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using
    Kotlin and Java
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA, Product) to define and deliver new features.
  • Integrate apps with RESTful APIs and internal systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Implement Android architecture components (MVVM, LiveData, Room, ViewModel).
  • Ensure app security, performance, and compatibility across Android devices.
  • Stay updated with modern Android trends, libraries, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years
    of professional Android development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Kotlin & Java
    .
  • Hands-on experience with Android Jetpack components, RESTful APIs, Room/SQLite, Retrofit/Volley/OkHttp, Firebase, and Git.
  • Good understanding of Material Design and UI/UX best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and multi-threading.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Clean Architecture, Coroutines, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
