Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Android Developer (Kotlin & Java)
to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Android applications that align with our business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using
    Kotlin and Java
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
  • Maintain code quality through automated tests and continuous integration.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help mentor junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in Android development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven Android development experience using
    Kotlin (Java as secondary).
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and Jetpack libraries (ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Navigation, WorkManager, etc.).
  • Experience with
    Oracle, SQLite/Room database
    and modern networking libraries like Ktor or Retrofit.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config).
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, Material Design 3 (Material You), and responsive layouts.
  • Proficiency in Git/version control and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger/Koin).
