Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with prospective clients to promote the company's video editing services, effectively communicate service benefits, and maintain a high standard of customer service. The role requires generating leads, making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and convey ideas
  • Experience in customer service and customer support roles to ensure positive client interactions
  • Proficiency in sales and lead generation to identify new opportunities and close deals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of video editing services and creative industries is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Proficiency in English and Bangla communication; additional languages are a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
