Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Telesales Manager
who can lead our telesales team with strategy, empathy, and efficiency. The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth
student admissions
,
managing sales effectively
, and providing
online after-sales customer support
to enrolled students. The role requires leadership, communication excellence, and an understanding of how to guide students toward their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the telesales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly admission targets.
  • Develop and execute telesales strategies to promote De Jure Academy's Bar Council, BJS, and other legal career programs.
  • Ensure effective lead follow-up, nurturing, and conversion through CRM and database management.
  • Monitor call quality, maintain call discipline, and provide regular training to telesales executives.
  • Manage sales effectively while ensuring
    post-admission customer support
    through online and tele communication.
  • Collaborate closely with academic and marketing departments to ensure all offers, courses, and updates are communicated accurately to students.
  • Handle complex student queries and provide satisfactory resolutions to maintain student trust and satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, performance analyses, and strategic improvement plans.
  • Motivate and guide the telesales team to uphold De Jure Academy's values of integrity, commitment, and academic excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telesales or call center management (education sector preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve target-based results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and call tracking systems.
  • Fluent in
    Bangla and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Passionate about education and eager to contribute to students' professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary:
    BDT
    30,000 – 40,000
    (based on experience and performance)
  • Work Schedule:
    6 days a week

    Monday
