About the Role:

We're looking for a
smart, confident, and self-motivated Assistant Admin
to join our dynamic team If you're someone who's organized, people-oriented, and passionate about travel and client communication — this is your chance to shine.

Requirements:


Education:
HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline


Experience:
1 to 2 years - Travel Preferred (Freshers are encouraged to apply)


Age:
18 to 34 years


Gender:
Female only

Additional Must-Haves:

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Great time management and multitasking skills
  • Confidence in handling clients and identifying sales opportunities
  • Experience in travel-related work (ticketing, reservations, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Strong computer proficiency — email, internet, and MS Office
  • No frequent job-switching tendencies
  • Organized, detail-oriented; juggles deadlines

Bonus Points:

Smart and presentable candidates will get first preference

Zero fieldwork — you'll work comfortably in our opulent, air-conditioned office


Peak-season/weekend availability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on
    holiday packages, visa guidance, and itineraries
  • Create and sell
    customized travel packages
  • Maintain strong relationships with
    hotels, transport providers, and customers
  • Ensure company compliance and timely reporting
  • Deliver outstanding client satisfaction aligned with company service standards
  • Basic knowledge about itineraries, visa and airline
  • High integrity with client data/payments

Office Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 6 Days a Week

Salary Range:

15,000 BDT – 20,000 BDT
