Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Dhaka. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing expense reports, handling schedules and correspondence, and maintaining efficient communication on behalf of executives. The role also involves general administrative assistance and supporting the leadership team as needed to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience handling Expense Reports and related financial tasks
  • Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
